The Thor program provides publishers with a cost effective POD alternative to traditional book distributors. The Thor delivery channels cover over 90% of the bookstores in the US. |

DISTRIBUTION, FULFILLMENT & STORAGE
Book Distribution and fulfillment covers a whole range of services. Ideally a publisher wants to sign with a traditional book distributor like Biblio, Midpoint or IPG. Unfortunately, not everyone is going to qualify and will need to develop a custom book distribution plan.
Everyone who prints their book with RJ Communications is eligible to have their books sold through our online bookstore at a substantial discount to other online retail outlets. Thor, our bookstore distribution program is also available for books with black text. Through this program your book will be made available to over 20,000 retail outlets on an “as needed” basis.
For those of you familiar with Lightning Source, it is basically their program made available to our customers at a discount. For our larger customers, where freight is becoming more and more of an issue, we also offer storage and fulfillment on a simple subscription basis. As with all RJ Communications programs, these distribution options are meant to be grown out of. All programs can be canceled at any time without any further obligation.
